GAUVREAU, LIONEL J. – Passed away peacefully at Taunton Mills Long Term Care on Saturday, March 25, 2017 in his 86th year. Lionel, beloved husband of Claudette (nee: Quimper). Loving father of Pierre (Paula) Gauvreau, Colette (Robert) Huebel and Jacqueline Gauvreau. Loved papa of Kara, Lukas, Renee and Nicolaus. Dear brother of Germaine, Edouard (Juliette), Georgette, Raymond (Isabelle), Yvonne, Grace (Seamus), Jocelyne (Scott), Paul, Denise (Louis) and predeceased by Jean, Real, Andre, Omer and Guy. Remembered fondly by countless nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Wilmot Creek Wheelhouse (1 Wheelhouse Dr., Newcastle) on Wednesday April 12th 2017 from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. Donations in Lionel’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
